Prevent injury with proper conditioning and footwear.
Dr. Hamilton-Dick, orthopaedic surgeon, will speak about how to condition yourself to prevent injuries in the cold weather. A representative from Lamey Wellehan will talk about the proper footwear for running in winter and finding the right fit.
